Return and Refund Policy

At Mariz, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to ensure you love your purchase. However, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or damaged after receipt.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@marizforyou.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to send your item back.

Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will carefully inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. The credited amount will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that the exact timing may vary depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at hello@marizforyou.com

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as gift cards. Please ensure that your order meets all requirements before proceeding with your return.

Products marked FINAL SALE

Products marked FINAL SALE at the time of sale will not be eligible for a return, refund, exchange or store credit unless faulty or defective. This policy does not affect your statutory rights or consumer law rights that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
